Yes, I ship worldwide! 

 

 HOW DO I CHECK SHIPPING PRICES?

Shipping prices can be checked by inputting your address upon the checkout page!

**If your country doesn´t show up upon checkout please contact me at contact.ayumisaurus@gmail.com and I will add it!

 

✦ HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER

For In-stock items our processing times are 3-15 days, depending on the volume of orders.

For Preorder items the processing time might vary dependig on the product purchased. However, anyone who purchases a preorder item will be kept updated regarding the preorder process.

Once your order has been shipped, the delivery time will depend on the efficiency of your local postal service, the current situation regarding the COVID-19, holidays, postal strikes and so on, but here are some estimated times:

 SPAIN
: 2-10 business days

✦ EUROPE: 7 - 20 business days

 INTERNATIONAL: 15 - 30 business days

I'll try to ship your order as soon as possible but I cannot be held responsible for postal delays as it is out of my hands and it's something I cannot control.

 TAXES AND CUSTOMS:  Purchasers are responsible for duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.

 

 DOES SHIPPING INCLUDE TRACKING? 

Yes! All international orders will include Tracking Number!

You will also be able to pick a Shipping option which includes Shipping Insurance for loss or damage and/or requires signature upon delivery.

 

 CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If your order has not been shipped yet please contact me via email and I will update it right away!

However, if you already received the email with the tracking information you would need to contact your post office to schedule a redelivery as we cannot edit addresses once the order has been shipped ;_;

 **When you place your order, please remember to double check your delivery address and data should there be any mistake preventing delivery.**

 

 IT'S BEEN A WHILE AND I HAVEN´T RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Sometimes parcels might take a bit to arrive depending on the country of destination. Although in the event that your parcel has not reached you after 8 weeks of sending over the tracking number, please contact me, I could help by sending in a delivery inquiry!

ABOUT PREORDERS

 WHAT'S A PREORDER? 

A Preorder is an order placed before it is available for purchase. The product will be manufactered once the preorder period has ended and will be shipped once we receive the stock.

 

 WHEN WILL MY PREORDER ITEM/S BE SHIPPED?

Given that preorder items are made to order, the production time might vary depending on the volume of orders we receive.

We will indicate an estimated date on the product description about when the item is expected to ship. Please sign up for the emails newsletter for status updates!

 

✦ WHAT IF I ORDERED SOMETHING NOT ON PREORDER WITH A PREORDER ITEM? 

In that case the whole order would be sent once we receive the preorder items.

If you wish to get the in-stock items first you would need to make separate orders. (One for in-stock items and a separate order/s for the preorder items desired)
