There was some little trouble with the post office, but Ayu took care of it very quickly. She responds to the messages promptly and is very kind and helpful! In the end, I got my General Lilia pin without an issue, and Ayu even sent a Diasomnia sticker with it as a little gift :) Thank you, Ayu!
I love how spacious & extremely well made these bags are! I needed a perfect spot to put all my Jamil merch & it delivered. It’s now my default personal item travel bag when I go on flights. It’s my first ita bag, but it’ll be a hard act to follow!

The beret is in excellent condition, along with the postcard that she added, and fits well around my head, ensuring that it won't fall off so easily. The design is so cute and simple and is comfortable to wear on nice weather. I couldn't be happier!!!!
