When you place your order, please double check your delivery address and data should there be any mistake preventing delivery. 

If the parcel is returned back to me due to incomplete information and you would like a reshipment you would have to pay for the shipping costs again.

Please note that it may take several weeks to ship from Spain and I cannot be held responsible for postal delays due to busy periods such as holidays.

For In-stock items, our processing times can range from 1 to 30 days, depending on current order volume.

For Preorder items, processing times may vary depending on the product. However, all customers will be kept updated throughout the entire process.

Once your order has been shipped, the delivery time will depend on the efficiency of your local postal service, the current situation regarding the COVID-19, holidays, postal strikes and so on, but here are some estimated times:
