✦ REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued only on a case-by-case basis.

Please get in touch with us with your issue via email or through the "contact me" form and we will try to reach an agreement.


✦ RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

All sales are final unless there was a mistake on our side such as a wrong product, defective product, etc. 

We do not hold ourselves accountable for any damage that the item might suffer during shipping. For our part, we do try our best to pack every order as carefully as possible. Unfortunately, we have no power over how the postal services treat the parcels.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

✦ CANCELLATION POLICY 

I accept cancellations but you need to contact me within 12 hours of purchase. 

If the item is not a preorder and hasn't been shipped, we can cancel your order. However, all cancellations are subjected to a 15% processing fee because we are still liable for Shopify, credit card, and bank processing fees for these orders.

Unfortunately we can't do cancellations on preorder items once the preorder period has ended because the funds are placed directly into production.
