- Grade A: Ita Bags with no imperfections!
- Grade B: Ita Bags with very minimal imperfections only noticeable on close inspection (like faint scratches on the plastic windows, faint tinted windows...)
- Grade C: Ita Bags with minimal imperfections but a little bit more noticeable (like small scuffed marks on the leather, inner lining of the bag repaired, scratches on the big plastic window)
